He relocated to South Florida from Boston in the nineties and led the development of the publication of "Luxury Homes in the Sun", a special South Florida and Caribbean based section that continues to run in Departures Magazine. The Grimshaw name is associated with a successful family tradition of Real Estate Brokerage in New England.
